Dr Lindsay Jones
Hi, I’m Lindsay. I am a consultant clinical psychologist with over 30 years’ experience working in NHS mental health services, the charity sector and independent practice. I am interested in trauma informed, relational and compassionate approaches to therapy, coaching and leadership.
When working with people in individual therapy, I draw on and integrate a variety of models including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a trained yoga teacher and yoga therapist and incorporate somatic mind-body approaches into my work.
I believe in the power of coaching and mentoring to help leaders to reach their potential and effectively support their teams and organisations to address complex problems.
